Indigenous perspectives on management and organisation offer different ways of knowing, practicing and supporting sustainability, development, inclusion, innovation and entrepreneurship.
It is essential to see how these different ways may be rooted in quite different worldviews—different conceptions of how elements of reality are distinguished and how they are related, how we come to know things, what it is that we already know, and what values range over these factors.
