A two-and-a-half-day event held on Woi-wurrung Country, featuring keynote presentations, panel discussions, and workshops that bring together leading Indigenous researchers and emerging scholars.

Once again, the academy will assemble a group of leading Indigenous and non-Indigenous senior management scholars, along with emerging scholars (doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers and junior professors), to explore topics related to Indigenous management and organization studies.

The event furnished a platform to reflect upon the intricate interplay between indigenous cultures, mainstream 'Western' knowledge paradigms, and the evolving nature of research methodologies.
